Assigned in print design class was a typography poster portraying a quote of our choice. I took this chance to craft a design centered around lyrics from one of my favorite bands, LCD Soundsystem. I wanted to visual to match with the message, so I incorporated arrows into the poster. This also had the effect of guiding the viewer’s eye around the page and through the words, creating a cohesive experience.

The poster is easy to read, visually appealing, and sends a message. It is filled with small details and references. While it was a large task to measure and rule every aspect for symmetry and perfection, the final product was well worth it. In addition to the physical drawing, I digitized the poster for potential web uses.
