Waterfall Deli Kiosk
The Waterfall Deli – a hypothetical school deli – would serve sandwiches, salads, and wraps. I was assigned to create a user experience flow for its kiosk, allowing the user to order food digitally. Someone would walk in, swipe their card to log in, and be greeted with all the options for a meal. After selecting one, they could customize the order. Then, they would be given a number to designate their order, which would be called when it was ready. The whole process is designed to be seamless and easy for the diner, letting them get their food as quickly as possible.
While my primary focus was the functionality and ease of the application, I also created a cohesive visual style and logo. I took inspiration from existing deli and school restauraunts, such as the Clocktower Deli at my alma mater, Johnson & Wales University. The Waterfall Deli Kiosk is simple and optimized for easy operation.
